The Estate Planning Institute provides an annual forum for the study of estate planning, elder law and taxation laws in the United States.

The goal of this program is to provide high-quality instruction on important and timely issues facing estate professionals. The institute seeks to present topics of interest to a broad range of professionals, whether they serve clients of high or more moderate net worth.

It is part of the larger Brandeis commitment to the Estate Planning and Elder Law (EPEL) Program, which helps to connect students, professionals and members of the community in confronting important issues of succession. long-term care and end-of-life planning.
