Registration
The University of Louisville School of Dentistry's mission is to educate dental practitioners. Patients are accepted for treatment in the School's clinics if their treatment needs are appropriate to satisfy the education objectives.
Patients have the right to receive treatment that meets or exceeds the current standards of care for the dental profession in a considerate, respectful, and confidential manner regardless of race, gender, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
To make a new patient appointment, please call Patient Registration at 852-5096 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.

Hours
Our clinics are open for patient treatment from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
