Annual Alumni Events


Alumni Reception at the Kentucky Dental Association Annual Meeting
Held at the Hyatt Regency downtown each year and hosted by the Dean of the School of Dentistry.

Reunion Weekend
Coinciding with the KDA meeting, class years celebrating their 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 & 45 year reunions are invited back to the school to celebrate.


Golden Alumni Weekend
Every year the University of Louisville inducts a new class into the Golden Alumni Society to celebrate their 50th reunion.  Highlights of the weekend include the induction ceremony, where alumni receive a commemorative medallion and a special opportunity to walk at convocation with the graduating class.

Held annually the second weekend in May and celebrating the most recent graduating class from the school of dentistry.


William J. Mansfield Alumni Day
A full day of continuing education and exhibitors along with the annual reception run by the Office of Continuing Education.

Dental Hygiene Legacy Day

Activities include a full day of CEU’s, legacy awards and dinner, reunion celebrations and the Floss Walk 1mile/5k event.  For more details, please contact Jennifer Baker at (502) 852-1318. (This event is typically held in the fall.)
