With 15 years of experience as an Automation Engineer, Cassidy Caid brings a deep understanding of advanced manufacturing and robotics to KY-MEP. Agnes Collins

Director of Finance

Agnes Collins brings a wealth of experience in financial management to the organization. She joined the University of Louisville’s KY-MEP team in 2023 as Financial Administrator, before stepping into her current role in 2024. With previous roles in budget coordination and accounts payable management, Agnes has developed strong skills in financial oversight and budgeting. Agnes’s background in both financial management and internship experience in diverse fields such as design and film production provides her with a unique perspective on the importance of balance and detail in business operations.

Joe Davis

Program Manager Leadership, Workforce and Culture

Joe Davis is a retired Army Major and Kentucky native with 30 years of leadership experience. After his military career, Joe transitioned to manufacturing, rising to Value Stream Manager by optimizing processes and driving operational excellence. Currently with the University of Louisville Manufacturing Extension Program, Joe is a certified John Maxwell Coach and DISC Trainer. He specializes in coaching high-performing teams and fostering cultures of trust, respect, and accountability.
