Most UofL classrooms, within a particular building or throughout an entire building, are supported by the college or department responsible for the room and have designated technology personnel. Usually, within each classroom, contact information for support is posted. The dropdown below provides a list of the classrooms where we are either the primary or secondary support group. If you request technology assistance or services in a classroom (on Belknap, HSC and Shelbyhurst campuses) that is not designated as under the responsibility of ITS, a support fee might apply.

Simply drop by our lower level MITC location on the Belknap Campus for personalized one-on-one services. We can answer your questions about technology and provide information about ITS services or UofL systems – free of charge to current faculty, staff and students. Bring your laptop, device or use one of our computers. We are happy to help walk-ins, no appointment needed.
