To request a Cardbox account, go to our Identity Management Portal > Sign into System, Under Requests > Request Access > Follow the 4 Steps. You will receive an email once the system has set up your Account (usually within a day).
How to Signup for a Cardbox Account
New changes impacting the UofL community:
- All external users are now required to use some form of multi-factor authentication (via authenticator app, SMS or email) associated with their Box account.
- The system will not allow ownership of content (file, folder, etc.) to be transferred to any external users.
- For Android users, the system will only allow users to save to device if file is encrypted.
- The system utilizes exposed password detection for external collaborators.
- The Box FTP server has been disabled.
