Information Regarding 2025 W-2s
New for 2025: Some hourly employees may be eligible to deduct certain qualified FLSA overtime when filing their personal tax return, based on IRS guidance and individual tax circumstances.
To assist employees, Payroll Services has provided this amount in Box 14 of the 2025 Form W-2 labeled “NoTax_OTP.”
This amount is provided for informational purposes only and should be reviewed with a tax professional or used with your tax preparation software to determine whether it applies to your individual tax situation.
Each year, employees receive a Form W-2 that provides details of the prior year's earnings, taxes withheld and other taxable data.
Unless the employee consented for electronic access only in Workday, paper copies of Forms W-2 will be mailed to the home address of record entered in Workday as of 12/31/25. These copies should arrive no later than 1/31/26. Employees will also be able to retrieve their Form W-2 through Workday no later than 1/31/26.
All active employees can view and print W-2 from Workday as soon as available in system. If you are having issues logging into Workday, please contact the ITS HelpDesk at 502.852.7997.
To login to Workday:
- Go to your profile in Workday.
- Under the left side Menu, select “Benefits and Pay” icon.
- Select “My Tax Documents” from the top menu.
- Click on the View/Print option.
- Once selected, there may be a pop-up with "Your request is being processed." Your W-2 will appear shortly thereafter.
- You may download or print your W-2.
