Denise M. Cumberland is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Leadership and Learning Program at the University of Louisville. Her area of expertise is organizational development.  She has a passion for helping organizations uncover practices, processes, and procedures that illuminate and elevate how individuals, teams, and groups can more effectively work together.  Dr. Cumberland facilitates workshops on topics such as change, conflict management, communication strategies, innovation, and teamwork. She received her PhD from the University of Louisville.
