Deanna is the founder and Principal Consultant of People Strategy Consulting (PSC), a consulting firm that partners with companies to assess and grow their leaders and engage their people to do their best. She has over 20 years of experience in leading organizational change, human resources management and talent development. Her corporate experience includes leadership roles for a Fortune 50 company as an organizational development consultant and corporate trainer, as well as serving as a Vice President of Human Resources for a publicly traded company. Deanna, a certified executive coach, leads a consulting team that specializes in the design and delivery of leadership initiatives and leadership coaching, the development of high performance, team-based company cultures, strategic and operational planning and organizational change management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a Master’s degree from California State University.
