Learning Objectives

As a result of participating in this activity, participants should be able to:

1. Utilize patient-centered and collaborative decision-making in patients with ALS.
2. Complete appropriate provision of oral care for patients with ALS with dysphagia.
3. Recommend and discuss options in the provision of assistive devices and home adaptations for patients with ALS.
4. Recommend various ventilation options and educate patients in ventilation options.
