TO COMPLETE THE COURSE:
1) You must review the video lecture or the handout.
2) Take the online test.
If you do not pass the test on the first try,  you can review the materials again and retake the test.

As soon as you pass the test, you will fill out a short course evaluation. You'll be be prompted for your name and the last four digits of your social security number - after entering the information, your course certificate will appear on your screen. You will need to print the certificate out for your records.
