The Swine Flu Pandemic - Online Course2
TO COMPLETE THE COURSE:
To complete the course, you must review the video lectures and handout, then take the online test. If you do not pass the test on the first try, you will be directed back to this page so you can review the materials again and retake the test.
As soon as you pass the test, you'll fill out a short course evaluation. You'll then be prompted for some additional information that will be used to generate your certificate. Your certificate will be e-mailed to you; you'll need to retain this certificate for your records.
