PURPOSE AND TARGET AUDIENCE
Dr. Nicholas
Mosca is the Dental Director at the Mississippi Department of Health and
Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatric and Public Health Dentistry at
the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry.
Dr. Mosca has a vast
amount of knowledge about preparedness and recovery as he was the director of
Oral Health Missions in Mississippi in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
Dr. Mosca discusses and examines the experiences and lessons he learned
in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. In particular, Dr. Mosca reflects why
oral health matters in the event of a disaster and in the recovery response
efforts and planning.

page confirming your continuing education credit, which you will need to print

necessary.
