If you are an incoming University of Louisville School of Medicine or School of Dentistry resident or fellow for the upcoming academic year, your residency/fellowship coordinator should have already provided you with special instructions that will allow you to take the "HIV/AIDS Update Online Course" for free. If you did not receive these instructions, please contact your residency/fellowship coordinator. If they are not able to provide you with the instructions, or if you have questions regarding them, please email us and we will assist you. Please be advised that if, for any reason, you choose to not contact us and pay for the course instead, you will not receive a refund.

Upon completing the course, you will be asked to enter your name and social securtiy number, after which an online certificate will appear onscreen. Please print this certifcate out; this is how you will prove you completed the course. If you are unable to print the certificate out, please email us and we will send you a copy. If you do not pass the course, you may take it again as many times as necessary until you pass.
