If you are an incoming University of Louisville School of Medicine or School of Dentistry resident or fellow for the upcoming academic year, your residency/fellowship coordinator should have already provided you with special instructions that will allow you to take the "HIV/AIDS Update Online Course" for free. If you did not receive these instructions, please contact your residency/fellowship coordinator. If they are not able to provide you with the instructions, or if you have questions regarding them, please e-mail us at chse@louisville.edu and we will assist you. Please be advised that if, for any reason, you choose to not contact us and pay for the course instead, you will not receive a refund.

Upon completing the course, you will be asked to enter your name, social security number (unless you don't have a social security number) and e-mail address, after which an online certificate will be e-mailed to you. Please save and print this certificate; this is how you will prove you completed the course.
