TO COMPLETE THE COURSE:                                              
1) To complete the course, CLICK HERE to view the video lecture or a handout.

2) After viewing the slideshow, CLICK HERE to go to the test, evaluation and certificate portion of the course.

As soon as you pass the test, you will fill out a short course evaluation. At the end of the evaluation you will obtain a 6 character password you will need to generate your certificate. After entering the password, you'll be  prompted for your name and the last four digits of your social security number - after entering the information, your course certificate will be e-mailed to the address you provide. You will need to print the certificate out for your records.

LECTURE:
If you cannot get the presentation to play, you most likely need Adobe Flash. It is a free program that can be easily downloaded and installed by clicking here.

HANDOUT:
