Course Description and Target
Audience
Participants will discuss key personalities and trends in the evolution of modern medicine. They will be introduced to alternative views of medicine in the non-western world and be exposed to key individual contributors to medical knowledge including the context of their discoveries during their time in history, and their modern legacy.
The target audience for this activity is Physicians from all specialties, medical students and residents and others who are interested in the topic.
