If you are an incoming University of Louisville School of Medicine or School of Dentistry resident or fellow for the upcoming academic year, your residency/fellowship coordinator should have already provided you with special instructions that will allow you to take the "Domestic Violence Online Course" for free. If you did not receive these instructions, please contact your residency/fellowship coordinator. If they are not able to provide you with the instructions, or if you have questions regarding them, please e-mail us at chse@louisville.edu and we will assist you.

Upon completing the course, you will be asked to enter your name, social security number (unless you don't have a social security number) and e-mail address, after which an online certificate will be e-mailed to you. Please save and print this certificate; this is how you will prove you completed the course.
