The Do's & Don'ts of Corrective Action
Discussing disciplinary action in the workplace can be a difficult conversation to have with employees. Please attend our workshop and engage in a, “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” game show while learning about UofL’s corrective action policy. We will discuss job performance and work-related conduct with a shared objective of improving unsatisfactory job performance or correcting unacceptable work-related behaviors.
