Having Difficult Conversations
It is often difficult to have important conversations with employees. Supervisors and managers are usually looking for the “perfect time” or hoping the employee will make changes on their own. It is hard to have conversations about sensitive subjects, but it is important to address these issues so that employees are performing to the best of their ability. Staff Development is offering a two hour session on having difficult conversations with your employees.
