Fitness and wellness classes, state-of-the-art equipment, fully refinished locker rooms, and NO monthly membership fees for UofL employees!

• Complete the Enrollment Packet [pdf] and bring with you when you first visit the facility. 
• Take part in our new fitness classes: InCycle, Bootcamp,ZUMBA!,  Regen, and more!

• Additional Info:
• Hours: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.

• The GHN Fitness Facility in the lower level of Crawford Gym closed on March 15, 2013.  The SAC facility will remain open to faculty and staff.
• There are no monthly membership fees to Humana Gym for UofL employees.
