Weigh to Wellness

Weigh to Wellness is a 12-week class that promotes healthy lifestyle changes through physical activity and improved nutrition.  The class is designed to give you an accurate understanding of ways to integrate optimal health behaviors into your everyday life.

Goal setting, as well as pre and post-assessments will be used to measure progress throughout the session.  Each week the class will begin with a weigh-in, followed by an educational session on topics ranging from nutrition to physical activity and healthy lifestyle change.  Participants will be eligible for prizes based on attendance and progress. Personal trainers will also be available throughout the session to craft a custom workout, free of charge.

Weigh to Wellness II:

This session is appropriate for weight maintenance, past participants or those more comfortable with weight loss techniques. This 12-week class will include pre/post measurements, weekly weigh-ins, and will take place on a flexible schedule during the session. Participants will have the opportunity to listen to the weekly topic and join in class discussion if they wish, and personal trainers will be available to craft a custom workout free of charge.
