Water Fitness Class

Laura Feese, Certified Aquatic Instructor with 25+ years of experiences, will lead a progressive water work-out (warm-up, flexibility stretches, aerobics, muscular strengthening and a relaxing cool down). No swimming skills needed (hair can stay dry or not). Benefits include increased energy, better sleeping, relief from joint pain and more.

Fall Semester -- CURRENTLY ON WAITING LIST
Sept. 2 - Dec. 11 (no class Oct. 7 {midterm break} / Nov. 27 {Thanksgiving})
