Anchor Your Attention in the Present Moment

You have our full permission to slow down and pay attention in one of GHN's Mindfulness offerings in collaboration with the Psychological Services Center. Dr. Paul Salmon, Associate Professor in UofL's Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences.  Participants are invited to experience the benefits of reflection, stillness, and being fully present.
