Housing rates typically increase annually due to rising costs—please anticipate changes and plan your budget accordingly as new rates await approval. Fall 2025-2026 costs are pending approval by the Board of Trustees.
Meal Plans & Parking
- Flexible student meal plans include access to a range of campus dining options. All students living on campus are automatically assigned a standard meal plan according to where they live but will also have the opportunity to upgrade their plan.
- Residents who wish to bring their car to campus will need to purchase a parking permit.
Housing Costs Per Semester: 2025-2026
The cost structure is based on a two-semester academic year (fall and spring semesters). To estimate a year's housing cost double the rates below.
