The chapter is open to both undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in Human Resources, Workforce Development, or Organizational Development. As a student in the UofL B.S. Organizational Leadership and Learning program as well as the M.S. in Human Resources and Organization Development, you are automatically enrolled into the student chapter.
Being a chapter member is free. However, if you are interested in a leadership role, such as secretary, you must be a member of national SHRM. The current student membership fee for national SHRM is $49/year.
