Get ready for a brand-new Workday @UofL
Coming January 2023
We’re excited to bring you the new Workday Human Resources (HR) software system, also called a Human Capital Management (HCM) system, that will transform UofL’s HR and Payroll processes.
With our January 2023 implementation, UofL will align the calendar year’s end/beginning with our hiring, payroll, tax and employee benefit data while integrating new user functionality and departmental workflows. WorkdayHR will help us establish increased cohesiveness across the university and empower real-time decision-making from a unified HR and Payroll system.
All employees will see a tremendous difference in how they will engage with UofL’s administrative HR management, leave and absence tracking, time tracking and reporting, recruiting and academic staffing, benefit and compensation tools, talent and performance tracking, and payroll.
Important Dates
PeopleSoftHR on ULink goes read-only at 5pm. The important final conversion phase requires that we limit access to system processes. If you have questions about procedures, deadlines or form submittal, check our Critical Dates calendar or contact us.
