In November 2023, the Executive Committee approved the first draft of the governance plan for UofL digital tools.
The approved charter outlines necessary standards for the users and communities utilizing our Digital Experience Platform. The primary objective of the plan is to ensure ongoing alignment between institutional goals, the university’s brand and the execution of those efforts within our digital platforms, with requisite support and representation of the various UofL constituent groups.
Note:
In order for the numerous UofL employees involved with the Web Improvement Project to complete Phase I of the initiative, a period of system stabilization will be in effect until early 2025. Beginning in June 2024, requests for new features, integrations or other extensions will be encouraged through the new Digital Experience Communities within the new governance plan for the university.
