Outdoor Spaces
In addition to the amazing event spaces inside the SAC and Red Barn, SAC staff are also responsible for managing reservations of outdoor campus spaces for various events and activities. If you're looking for outdoor space for a fair or information table, check out some of the most commonly reserved spaces below. If you see a space on campus you'd like to reserve that's not listed here, please let us know and we can help identify that area.
Please note that outdoor campus spaces can only be reserved by University Departments and Recognized Student Organizations. Please see the Amplified Sound policy for more information about using amplified sound in outdoor campus spaces. In the event of severe weather, outdoor events may be instructed to close or cancel and move to a rain site or shelter. Reservations of outdoor spaces do not guarantee an appropriate rain location will be available. Please make those arrangements at the time of reservation.
Vehicles may not be driven onto grass under any circumstances. Events located on grassy areas may be subject to approval by the Grounds Supervisor.
