Posted 8/4/2020: SAC Reservations requests may now be submitted for upcoming events. Though SAC staff is working very hard to support events and meetings as much as possible this Fall, we do encourage all event and meeting organizers to think critically about how their events can be carried out as virtually as possible so as to provide the highest potential for preventing the spread of COVID-19. The university has provided many resources for conducting meetings virtually and SAC technical staff is happy to provide advice for utilizing these resources.

New guidelines and room capacities are in place for all Fall 2020 events. Please review these changes before submitting your reservation request. Link to Fall 2020 changes:

We now have an all-new way to request reservations for the Student Activities Center, Red Barn, and Outdoor Event Spaces. Clicking the link below will take you to our new SAC Reservation Web App that allows you to view space availability, request spaces and equipment, and keep track of your upcoming and past reservations.

New users will have to create an account before logging into the system for the first time. It is recommended that all reservation requests be submitted at least 7 days in advance to allow time to process the request. Larger and more complicated events should be submitted at least 1 month in advance. If you are having trouble loading the reservation web application, please let the SAC reservationist know at
