Christy LaDuke, MA, CIP, CCRP

Christy LaDuke, MA, CIP, CCRP is the Director of the UofL Human Subjects Protection Program (HSPP). She joined the HSPP team in 2014 to provide support to the UofL Institutional Review Board (IRB), lead a team of IRB Analysts, and provide support and education to researchers navigating the IRB review process. She transitioned to the Director position in 2021. Prior to joining the HSPP office, she held regulatory and financial research roles within the UofL Brown Cancer Center Clinical Trials Office serving as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs.  

She holds a B.S. and M.A. from the University of Louisville and is a Certified IRB Professional (CIP) and Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP). The HSPP team strives to provide a quality review process to protect research participants and to provide support and education to researchers across UofL.
