Reduced Fee & Refund Policies
Reduced Fee: If your University of Louisville application fee was waived (at the time of submission) then you are eligible for the reduced orientation registration rate of $20. Information regarding the status of your UofL admission application fee is pre-loaded into our electronic registration system. If you received a university-approved admissions application waiver you will see $20 appear in your online orientation payment box. Again, this information will be pre-loaded for approved students.
Refund/Cancellation Policy For Transfer Orientation:
For on-campus orientation sessions, the fee is refundable up to two weeks before the scheduled orientation date.
For online orientation, students are eligible for a 100% refund provided that the Online Orientation has NOT been completed and the student has not enrolled for the upcoming semester.
To request a refund, please email the Orientation Office at orient@louisville.edu and include your name and student ID number. Approved refunds will be credited to the payment option used to submit the Orientation registration.
