Holland to attend Future Educators national conference
Ocey Holland, a 2018 McConnell Scholar, will attend the Future Educators Association national conference in Washington, D.C., Feb. 3-4.
The Future Educators Association is an advisory council that meets three times a year to address issues about U.S. primary and secondary education systems. Holland is the President of the National Student Organization of the Association and previously served as the President of the Future Educators Association Southern Chapter.
Holland studies biology and political science at the University of Louisville, where is is also a Student Orientation Staff member. He graduated from Southern High School in Louisville in 2014.
