Craft Beer 101
Do you love beer and want to learn more about this internationally beloved, foamy fermented beverage? If so, this is the class for you! Throughout four sessions of "beer school", Lori Beck (Holy Grale's beer curator) and invited beer loving guests will introduce you to some of the basics of craft beer. Through movies, tastings, food pairings, demonstrations and lectures, you will explore the history and culture of beer, brewing ingredients and processes, the art of fermentation, beer styles, tasting techniques, and food pairing secrets.
