Cancellation Policy

We will issue a full refund if cancellation is made at least three business days prior to the start date. When cancellation is made at a later date, we will accept a substitute or transfer you to another class at that time. If you don't cancel before the class and you don't attend, you are still responsible for payment.

Enrollment in each class is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Payment must be received before your enrollment is processed and confirmed. Confirmation letters, maps and parking instructions are emailed or mailed seven to ten days prior to the start date of your class. We reserve the right to cancel classes in the event of insufficient enrollment or other unforseen circumstances. Instructors and fees are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, classes meet at the university's Shelby Campus.

In the event of inclement weather, please check the University's home page at for a weather notice, or call the University's general phone number at (502) 852-5555 or the Delphi Center at (502) 852-6456. A decision regarding class cancellations is usually made by 3:00 pm. If evening credit classes have been canceled, then this class has been canceled also. You will be offered a make-up session, which will be added to the end of the class schedule, unless an alternative date is determined together by the instructor and the students in the class.
