Annual Merit Review Instructions 2025

Submission Deadline: All materials must be submitted via Interfolio by Friday, February 14th, at midnight.

1. Required Dossier Materials: 

The following items are required for your Annual Merit Review dossier:

     Log-in tip: Select your user group first, then manually enter your credentials (auto-filled fields will not work).

     2022 Evaluations:

     Copy and paste this URL directly into your browser.

    3. Uploading Documents to Interfolio:

    1. Log into Interfolio: Institutional Login.
    2. Click on Your Packets (upper left).
    3. Under the “Active” heading, locate the case titled Merit Evaluation.
    4. Click Packet (to the right of “Overview”).
    5. In the appropriate section, click Add.
    6. In the window, select either:

     Choose Existing to pull documents from a previous case, or
     Add New File to upload a new document.

    7. Follow the prompts to finalize your uploads.

     If you accidentally upload the wrong file, click Remove to delete it.

    4. Moving Documents from a Previous Interfolio Case:

    1. Log into Interfolio: Institutional Login.
    2. Click on Your Packets and locate your active case.
    3. Navigate to the section you want to update and click Add.
    4. In the window, select Choose Existing and click Packets.
    5. Select the old case (use the dates to identify it).
    6. Scroll to “Candidate Documents,” check the files you want to transfer and click Add.

    5. Downloading Documents from Interfolio:

    1. Log into Interfolio: Institutional Login.
    2. Click on your name (upper right corner) and select Interfolio Dossier.
    3. On the left, click Materials.
    4. Open the desired document by clicking its filename.
    5. Click Download Original to save the file to your computer.
