If you are developing a grant proposal for soliciting funding from any source, companies, foundations, or federal government, than you will need to complete a PCF.  The form is available at: http://louisville.edu/research/common/pcf-form.doc and the instructions at: http://louisville.edu/research/common/pcf-instructions.doc.  Please work with your UBM and/or regulatory staff in your research group/division/department to complete the PCF and budget.  It is imperative that this process start early has the PCF has to be reviewed and signed by your departments administration, possibility the School’s Research Office, and to OIC (clinical trials and research at any hospital or clinician practice group, and/or requiring contract with industry) or grants management (all others) at least 5 days in advance.
