Program Overview

Brown Fellows is a prestigious scholarship program designed to support students’ unique personal, academic, and career goals while producing outstanding ambassadors for the state of Kentucky. The Brown Fellows Program is no longer accepting applications for future years.

The program provides a diverse group of students the opportunity to build leadership skills through academic enrichment, expanded opportunity, and personal accountability. As part of their experience, each Brown Fellow applies for funding from the James Graham Brown Foundation to support an individual enrichment plan, which consists of specialized study, research, internships, service, or other opportunities that advance the student toward their goals.
