Acknowledgement of Good Standing & Honors Fee Request Guidelines By checking this box you acknowledge the following: 1) You understand the Honors Fee Committee will only consider student requests from those who are active in the Honors Program. For more information on good standing, please visit the Academic Policies & Requirements section of Honors website under the Current Students area; 2) Students may submit an Honors Fee Form request to support individual work (e.g., research, conferences, etc.) for up to a maximum of $1000 in funding; 3) Submission of a fee request does not guarantee approval; 4) All proposals must be submitted at least six weeks in advance of the proposed activity; 5) Students may not be eligible to receive funding if awarding will negatively impact financial aid. All individual award eligibility is verified with Financial Aid Office.
