Information Regarding 2022 W-2s

Each year, employees receive a Form W-2 that provides details of the prior year's earnings, taxes withheld and other taxable data. For tax year 2022, the University of Louisville will print hard copies of these forms and mail to each employee. The 2022 W-2s will be mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS) prior to the January 31, 2023 deadline.

If you do not receive your W-2 via USPS mail by February 10, 2023, please email Payroll Services. A duplicate, printed copy of your W-2 can be made available to active employees after February 15, 2023. A duplicate printed copy, must be picked up in-person with a valid university ID from Payroll Services, located on the 2nd floor of the Service Complex.
