  • Coordinate, enhance, and integrate a clinical and translational research program of regulatory compliance support and ethics education

  • Emphasize accountability through development of regulatory performance measures and evaluation criteria

  • Integrate ethics into the context of clinical/translational research from concept to publication/dissemination of findings to health care adoption
