Pilot Project Core Issues Request for Applications
Thanks to a generous gift from the Jewish Heritage Fund for Excellence, the CTSI Pilot Project Core has issued a request for applications. Funds are available for Clinical and Translational pilot project grants with a long-term goal of obtaining federal funding that will study the CTSI focus areas of health issues that commonly affect Louisville, Kentucky and the region. These include: health consequences of obesity, diabetes, environmental exposures, neurosciences (particularly spinal cord injury), and health consequences of addiction such as HIV, and Hepatitis C and A.
