CIEHS CUSP Application
CIEHS CUSP Applications will be submitted online via OnBase. You will be required to sign in to OnBase using your university userID and password. Prior to submitting your application, please review the checklist page for the application type you are applying for at the link below. The OnBase application must be completed during one session and cannot be saved to finish at a later time. As such, please review the checklist prior to starting your application. Additional information about CUSP due dates, types of awards, and the review process can be found at the links below.
