What does the rental fee include?
The rental fee includes the following:
- Set-up of tables and chairs
- Use of in-room projection equipment for bridal party slideshows and short videos.
How many people can the Founders Union ballroom accommodate?
The ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Can I take a tour of the facilities?
Sure! Call anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tours can also be scheduled before or after regular business hours by appointment only. Contact us at 502.852.0365. You may also email our office to request more information or schedule a tour.

How do I get to the University of Louisville Shelby Campus?
The new main entrance is now open at North Whittington Parkway off Shelbyville Road. You may also enter the campus from Whipps Mill Road or via three entrances off Hurstbourne Parkway.
