Emergency Flood Claims
The Office of Risk Management is asking for help and offering advice to those in buildings and departments that experienced damage on August 4, 2009 flooding. While keeping your personal safety and the safety of others first, take appropriate steps to minimize property damage. Risk Management approval is required before discarding any damaged goods.
Report all damages on the Report Damage Form to University Risk Management by email to RISKMGMT@louisville.edu or fax 852-0740. Specific questions regarding claims and completing claim forms call 852-6925.
