Authorization to Trade University Equipment or Vehicle
Please complete the authorization to trade university equipment form when you wish to trade in old equipment or vehicle for a credit toward the purchase of new equipment or vehicle. The Director of Purchasing will review and approve, at which time the Buyer will process the corresponding electronic requisition.
