General Guidelines

All students participating in commencement or convocation programs must file an intent to participate and must order academic apparel. Students with questions regarding participation in commencement may contact the University's Office of Student Services at (502) 852-6528 or (502) 852-5813.

Degree Applications

Students must submit an online application for degree by the published deadline. To submit an online application, go to ULink. After you log on, go to Student Services, click on "Registration/Student Services," then "Degree Application." If you need help, contact the Director of Student Services at 852-8298.
