Cards Abroad Travel Grant
The CML Cards Abroad Travel Grant is a travel award in the amount of $1,500 made available by the the Department of Classical and Modern Languages for semester- or year-long study abroad with a full-time and credit-bearing approved program.
Only students pursuing a major or minor in the Department of Classical and Modern Languages are eligible for a CML Cards Abroad Travel Grant. Awards will only be granted for study abroad in which at least half of the students’ coursework will be taken in the foreign language.
Students must have a 2.75 cumulative GPA and a 3.0 GPA in the language of study, and must have earned 45 hours by the time of travel. The CML Cards Abroad Travel Grant is only awarded once per student.
Priority deadline for Fall travel is March 1. Priority deadline for Spring travel is November 1.
