Ideas to Action leadership.
The I2A initiative at U of L is headed up by a core leadership team and supported by the I2A Task Group.
The I2A leadership team is based in U of L’s Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning and is composed of:

- Cathy Bays, Associate Professor of Nursing; Delphi Specialist for Assessment
- Edna Ross, Professor and Director of the Psychology Masters Degree Program; Delphi Specialist for Critical Thinking
- Eileen McFall, I2A Specialist for Culminating Experiences
- Hannah Anthony, Program Coordinator, Ideas to Action
- Dale Billingsley, Professor and Vice Provost for Undergraduate Affairs
- Gale Rhodes, Assistant University Provost & Director, Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning
- Marianne Hutti, Associate Director, Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning
Direction, facilitation and support are also provided by a University-wide I2A Task Group comprised of faculty and staff.
