Weigh to Go: is a 12-week class that promotes healthy lifestyle changes in the fields of exercise and nutrition.  The class is designed to give you an accurate understanding of ways to integrate optimal health behaviors into your everyday life.

At the start of the class, your body circumference measurements will be taken, and your body fat percentages will be determined.  These measurements will be taken at the end of the class as well, so that you can see your progress!  Each week the class will begin with a weigh-in, followed by an educational session on nutrition or exercise recommendations for healthy and sustainable weight loss.  We do understand that life and work responsibilities sometimes interfere, but for your success in this program, weekly participation is essential.

Weigh to Go II: 

This session is appropriate for weight maintenance or past WTG  participants. This session is appropriate for weight maintenance or past WTG participants. The 6 week class will include pre/post measurements and weekly weigh in.
