What to expect in your coaching sessions?
- An open, safe, and confidential environment where you can:
- Assess your overall wellness
- Create your wellness vision: priorities and areas of development for the future
- Create goals and a plan of action
- Obtain resources and tools
- Receive on-going support and accountability
- Identify:
- Motivators: triggers or prompts to take action
- Strengths: personal qualities that support success
- Challenges: barriers or blocks
- Strategies: tools, resources, or alternatives to work around challenges
Who would benefit from a wellness coach?
•Anyone who wants to improve or maintain any of these areas of wellness:
- Physical: exercise, eating habits, sleep patterns
- Emotional: stress level, “me time”, fun
- Social: family, friends, connectedness to others
- Environmental: surroundings, protecting your environment, peaceful place
- Spiritual: sense of purpose, values, beliefs
- Intellectual: learning, creativity, stimulating activity
